Woodlands Lodge
Pool 1 - Day Ticket
Pool 2 - Members Only
Situated on the outskirts of Bridgnorth in secluded surroundings the Woodlands site has two pools. Pool 1 A small ½ acre pool that can be fished on a day ticket (no night fishing allowed). The pool contains carp into double figures plus roach and some large perch. It may only be a small venue but it does contain some great fish. Day tickets cost £6, money to be placed in the honesty box in front of Lodge 16 Pool 2 This 1¾ acre pool is for members only. This mature venue has a small island plus plenty of overhanging trees and rushes giving plenty of nooks and crannies to fish. There is a population of carp in the lake plus roach, rudd, perch, tench, a few crucians and uniquely, ide. Access to both pools is excellent with parking within a few yards of the water. Directions: Postcode: WV16 4NW (Not specific, directs to Church Lane) What3words: Pool 1 jabs.fame.irrigate Take the Bridgnorth Bypass (A458) towards Morville. 1/2 mile past the roundabout turn right (signed Bridgnorth). Keep left at first roundabout then turn left at mini roundabout on to Church Lane. Follow road for 1 mile then pass the first entrance for Woodlands Lodge and take the next left turn onto a track. Follow the track down and around the cabins then turn right through the gate to the bottom of the hill. Pool 1 is located on the right. Day ticket anglers are not permitted past Pool 1 and are not allowed to walk up to and around Pool 2.
